A few points worth noting. The house is built on a hillside in area with a high-risk level for earthquakes. It is a multi-level house with tons of stairs and no elevator listed making it problematic for anyone with mobility issues. The SF Bay area is one of the most expensive in the country for cost of living. Probably not an issue for anyone who can cough up the $18 million asking price, but it's worth noting. On the same subject, California is one of the highest tax states in the country with a long history of treating high net worth individuals as human ATMS for the convenience of the political class. Lastly, San Francisco has significant quality of life issues including homelessness, drug addiction and crime rates that are all well above the national average. But yeah, it is a lovely house with stunning views.

If you were my realtor I would fire you. This is NOT mid-century in ANY definition of the word. This is simply modern, a very beautiful modern, but I could never trust you as a realtor if you think this is mid century I would be afraid of not seeing all the modern homes for sale.
